Conference and Meeting Rooms
Do you need to reserve a meeting room in Dallas? Jupiter Garden Event
has three conference and meeting rooms for rent for workshops and training. We also have smaller breakout rooms. Located right on LBJ Freeway, this facility is easily accessible from north, south, east or west Dallas. Three conference rooms described below can be use depending on the size of your meeting.
What do you need?
- Do you need Audio/Visual equipment or internet services? Got it.
- Plenty of free parking? Got it. We have more than 200 spaces on-site.
- Tables and chairs? Got it.WIFI? Got it.
- Registration desks and etc with Linens (White or Black)? Got it.
- Easel, Podium, Wireless Microphone? Got it, but extra fees apply.
- Audio/Visual Equipment? Got it, but extra fees apply
Do you need a meeting room for up to 60 persons? Check out the Artemis room which can easily hold up to 60 persons. This is the perfect room for the small conference, workshop or training event. This space may also just be the perfect space for your budget!
Want a bigger meeting room for up to 100 persons? Check out the Aphrodite room. This space is the most popular based on pricing and flexibility it affords our clients. If the Aphrodite room is not adequate, you would want to move into the Athena room.
The Athena room is our largest room and can easily hold up to 300 persons. The Athena broom is the perfect size for the mid-sized trade shows, conferences and charity events.
