The Athena wedding reception ballroom is centrally located in the Dallas Fort Worth metro area, and we service clients from Garland, Richardson, Plano, Mesquite, and other local municipalities. The facilities includes lavishly decorated separate bridal suite and groom’s parlor with sofa, coffee table, dresser and mirror.

The swanky balllroom comes with sumptuous fabric wall hangings, granite mirrored bar, and an expansive dance floor that will keep guests movin’ and dancing all night long! Essential Amenities in the Athena Ballroom!
- Dance Floor: The focal point of the wedding reception during the first dance, father and daughter dance, mother and son dance, gather toss, bouquet toss is mostly on the dance floor. - Audio System: The ballroom come with state of the art audio system with 8 surround speakers. Bring your your IPod or DJ to connect into our system. We also provide wireless handheld microphones. Can’t have a party without some music, music, and more Music!
- Projector and screen: Our ballroom includes a 500 Lumens digital projector and 120″ screen with integrated stereo sound for your wedding reception. Bring your video on a DVD or Flash Drive. Got a destination wedding video? Engagement or love story video?You can show off your great video with great integrated stereo sound!
- The bar area is accented with huba-tuba granite bartops and mirrors. The bar includes an icemaker and space for margarita machine. You can’t have a party without a great bar!
- Prep/Kitchen and more convenience: Located to the back of the reception hall, our prep room features a refridgerator, microwave, proof warmer, micro-wave, prep tables, ice coolers, pitchers, and several kitchen items. Open Vendor Policy– JG offers you a lot of flexibility with your event and vendors. We are a BYOB facility. You can bring your own vendors or use any of our preferred vendors.
Jupiter Gardens Event Center offers all the wedding essentials in several wedding packages. The packages include tables, chairs, tablecloths with multiple colors options, up-lighting in any color of your choice, dance floor lighting and chandelier for more lighting ambiance control, state-of-the-art audiovisual system, wireless microphones, surround sound, and HD projector and screen for a photo slideshow or video. Plan- “B” – Indoor Wedding Ceremony – Most wedding ceremony at Jupiter Gardens are done in the Cupid’s Garden. However, if rains or your preference is an indoor wedding ceremony, we can have wedding ceremony in any of our ballrooms. Please do not hesitate to discuss the option available to you with our event staff.

Wedding Decor Packages:
Jupiter Gardens Event Center offers three wedding decor packages named as Silver, Gold, and Platinum. All the three packages can be customized to our clients color suite and budget. Each of the wedding packages includes the use of the ballroom, the outdoor garden, groom’s room, bridal suite, one hour of rehearsal time, set-up of your reception area floor plan, which includes chairs, and tables. Each ballroom comes with different features such as ceiling drapery and lighting, Up-lighting, Integrated surround stereo/wireless microphone and WIFI to Instagram your memorable pix. The complete wedding package provides one stop shop booking, coordination of vendors, and payment. The complete package includes decor, catering, and other vendors such as officiant, photographer, videographer, photo booth, DJ, Limo and etc. We love to make it Easy Peasy for our clients!
